2016 SUPERLITE GT-R LS3 6-SPEED

Using the body molds from Robertson Racing's Ford GT endurance race car, the GT-R is a high-performance component car manufactured by Superlite of Detroit based around an all-aluminum semi-monocoque chassis. This particular Superlite GT-R was assembled and finished by Allan Zakari of Connecticut, a well-known builder in the Superlite community.  This is GT-R #1 from Superlite and Allan’s personal build which was partially completed in 2016.  The car was then purchased by the 2nd owner in 2019 with 575 miles, who subsequently commissioned Allan to make significant changes to the car to improve street driving and overall fit and finish.  The process took approximately 7 months, and the owner took delivery of the car in May 2020. The current owner purchased it in 2022 and is now selling as it scares the crap out of him. The power to weight ratio is incredible and this car attracts a ton of attention (too much attention than the current owner wants). 

The exterior was refinished in Fire Pearl Red with silver racing stripes, black rocker panels, a custom rear bumper delete panel, and flush mount carbon fiber exhaust trim. The door hinges were upgraded, the fenders, wheel wells, and front splitter were modified to show less wheel gap, and the taillights were swapped for H-Craft Ford GT-style versions, in addition to a vent fitted on the rear hatch, H-Craft wheel well liners, wireless door actuators, and a custom front tow hook were installed. The car also has a hydraulic front lift to raise the front end. The full exterior was covered in Xpel Ultimate Plus paint protection film, and the seller reports some minor road-going wear to the front bumper, slight abrasion to the PPF where the doors close, and a small scuff on the film where the engine cover closes. Detailed images are provided in the gallery. The 19” Forgestar wheels are fastened with upgraded ARP wheel studs and were mounted with Nitto Invo tires within the last 2k miles. 

The cockpit features a pair of Tillett carbon fiber B-5 racing seats, a Tilton pedal set, and a Raptor Pro wireless steering wheel. Custom-made components include an H-Craft center console, an H-Craft three-piece Ford GT-style door cards with speakers, a soft-feel painted dashboard, a covered fiberglass headliner, A-pillar cage covers, and carpeted rear bulkhead. Amenities include Vintage Air heating and air conditioning, an upgraded shifter, a touchscreen head unit with Apple Carplay, cupholders, an 9.88” X1PRO touchscreen rearview mirror, dashcam, and reverse camera, an additional front-facing camera, and an Infinity Box power management system. The seller notes a Racetronics traction control system has been installed but is not currently set up.

This Superlite GT-R derives power from a GM LS3 376 crate engine with Canton baffled racing oil pan, mid-rise manifold, custom air intake, and custom headers and exhaust, producing around 525 HP.  The rear wheels are driven through a Graziano 6-speed manual transaxle with drop gears that are said to manage the engine’s torque and allow for easier street driving. Stopping power is provided by 4-piston front and rear Brembo brake calipers with vented Brembo rotors and custom CNC-bent stainless steel brake lines, and a custom Wilwood electronic parking brake. The seller is said to have exchanged all fluids, and an oil service was performed in April of 2022.  

 This sale will include a clean title in the seller's Montana LLC, some service documentation, a battery charging system, spare batteries for the X-Pro wireless steering wheel, and a remote for the door actuators.
