VIN is 205361. Yes I know it's not 17 digits as it started off as a military vehicle and this is how they get issued.
This fully-restored 2003 AM General M1123 is an ex-Marine armored, light troop carrier with a 1,988-kg payload, and it is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated diesel paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. An extensive mechanical and cosmetic overhaul was performed, and the vehicle is equipped with upgraded electrical and fuel systems, 37" Toyo M/T tires with OTIS, new brakes, new dash air conditioning, LED exterior lighting, re-upholstered seating, a new dash and gauges, front and rear cameras, new insulation and weatherproofing, and a removable black cloth top. Finished in matte navy blue spray-on bedliner, this M1123 is now offered with military records and a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.
The body is clad in a professionally-applied custom matte navy blue UPOL Raptor bedliner finish with a ghosted digital camo pattern in matte and gloss black. Other exterior features include a removable black cloth top, brush guard, vented hood, aircraft hooks, and refurbished trim and hardware. Replacement aluminum doors, windshield, new weather stripping, and LED lighting have been added, while the body panels are reportedly original.
Black 17" factory steel wheels with OTIS are wrapped by 37"x13.5" Toyo Open Country M/T tires, and the brake pads and rotors have been recently replaced per the seller. Handling is improved with the addition of a new steering pump.
Interior features include new seats for four passengers, a new dashboard finished in exterior-matching spray-on bedliner, gray spray-on bedliner on the floor, an aftermarket 3-spoke Grant steering wheel, air conditioning, front and rear cameras. Insulation and a new grounding kit have also been added.
The new gauge cluster is trimmed by a matte black surround and is comprised of a 60-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and voltage. The mechanical 5-digit odometer reads 46 miles, though 3,700 is reported to be the accurate total per U.S. Army documentation.
The 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated diesel has undergone a detailed mechanical overhaul, and it is paired with a 4L80E 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and a 2-speed transfer case. Recent work consisted of a custom cylinder head job, replacement of the fuel injection pump, and the addition of 40-hp marine fuel injectors and an engine cooling kit Other new items include the radiator, glow plugs, glow plug controller with after-burn, lift pump, thermostat, time delay module, Cadillac valve, sensors, filters, tensioner, and drive belts. The electrical system has been upgraded with a Niehoff 14V/28V voltage regulator, a 200-amp alternator, and dual Optima red-top batteries, and the engine bay has been repainted in gloss and matte black with bronze accents.
