1997 Ferrari F355 Spider

This 1997 Ferrari F355 Spider is finished in Rosso Corsa over beige leather and powered by a 3.5-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. The car was acquired by the seller in 2020, and is equipped with a black soft top, Fabspeed Motorsport exhaust headers, stainless steel test pipes, Tubi exhaust,  aftermarket Scuderia fender shields, a Momo steering wheel, air conditioning, and a Sony GS80 head unit. The last timing belt service was performed approximately 4k miles ago in April 2016, while the convertible top hydraulic fluid and the engine oil were changed in 2020. This F355 Spider shows just over 41k miles and is offered with removed factory parts, a tool kit and accessories, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name (no lein). 

 The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features aftermarket Scuderia fender shields as well as a tan top boot. The black convertible top was fitted with new straps and its mechanism’s hydraulic fluid was replaced in June 2020. The seller notes that the front and rear bumper covers have been repainted.

 Staggered-width 18″ wheels are wrapped in 225/40 and 265/40 Michelin Pilot Sport 4s purchased in Feb 2021 when the car had 40,000 miles on it. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with black-painted calipers that wear white Ferrari lettering. 

 The cockpit is upholstered in beige leather with matching carpets, two-tone door panels, and a contrasting black upper dash. Amenities include power-adjustable seats, automatic climate control, Ferrari-branded floor mats, an F355-branded floor brace, metal pedal covers, a Sony head unit, and two Rockford 5.25" coax speakers behind the seats. All sticky buttons have been replaced. New morimoto led taillights, headlights, and fog lights were installed in 2022.

 A Momo steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer and a tachometer with an 8,500-rpm redline along with gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil temperature. The six-digit odometer shows just over 41k miles, of which approximately 2k have been added by the seller. The factory steering wheel is included in the sale. 

 The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 produced 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque when new. A timing belt service was performed and the cam cover gaskets, spark plugs, water pump, and knock sensors were replaced in April 2016 at 37k miles, while an oil and filter change was carried out in July 2022. The check engine light comes on due to the Tubi exhaust. European Exotic ran a test and confirmed this. 

 Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. Fabspeed Motorsport exhaust headers, and stainless steel test pipes, were installed in 2016.  

A Tubi exhaust was installed in October 2020 by European Exotic Center in Tampa, FL. A rebuilt alternator was completed in May 2021 when the car had 40,678 miles on it. See invoice

 Factory tools are included in the sale along with the manufacturer’s literature that is said to be from another F355 Spyder. 

 The July 2022 Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Florida, Texas, and Illinois. Fly-by and driving videos are provided below (although these were prior to the Tubi install).
